We wanted to inform you that TandemHandcam has made the difficult decision to terminate all business and other connections with SkyCustom3D. While we initially partnered with them to expand our product supply in the USA and help them enter the European market, we have unfortunately encountered several issues that have compromised our professional standards.
Regrettably, SkyCustom3D not only failed us financially but also professionally. They have engaged in unethical practices by copying our gloves and presenting them as their own. Additionally, their conduct with customers has been destructive, which is not in line with our values. Even though they have been selling counterfeit gloves, we recognize the potential impact it may have on our reputation. Therefore, we find it necessary to completely distance ourselves from this unacceptable behavior. Furthermore, they owe us a significant sum in unpaid debts.
While this outcome is disappointing, we have taken immediate action to establish more stable professional relationships with reputable companies based in the USA to ensure the continued distribution of our products.
We understand that mistakes happen, and no one is perfect. However, it is crucial to emphasize that such behavior has no place in the skydive community or in the business world.

If you have one of these gloves you are welcome to reach out to us for support. Sadly, SkyCustom3D are known for their poor customer support and refusal to offer refunds.
