Manufacture: Although we hold many mounts in stock most are custom made for our customers. The gloves are manufactured by an external rigging company. With this sometimes there is a delay when we have to custom make. This can be 5-7 days. Any further details will be communicated with all our customers. We aim to ship all orders within a 5-7 day timeframe in all instances.
Shipping: All orders are shipped from Portugal. European orders normally arrive within 3-5 days. UK is normally 7-10 days. The rest of the world can be 14-20 days. USA can see some delays in customs of a further 7-10 days. Express shipping is available at an extra cost of 30-40GBP. If you require this please do not hesitate to contact us and we can express ship. All orders are sent fully tracked.
Returns: For whatever reason if you are not happy we will fully refund your purchase upon return of your mount. Postage costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid postal invoice. Any returns after the 7 days period will have a 25% restock fee. Returns not permitted after 30 days of delivery..
